STLE - Canton Section supports the STLE goal of locally improving public understanding and appreciation of science of tribology and the practice of lubrication engineering.

STLE - Canton Section GOALS

• Encourage, identify, and assess activities that foster the mission of the STLE to communicate an awareness of the application of tribology and the lubrication engineering both inside and outside the society.
• Provide a professional forum for local networking on the topics related to tribology and the lubrication engineering. Position STLE - Canton Section to form  partnerships with other local sections.
• To encourage, mentor and develop active leaders who will help through their communication to expand the activities and participation of the      membership.
• Engage and support STLE- Canton Section members via effective communication to inform the program, meetings and  STEM activities.
