The purpose of the STLE Canton Section Scholarship is to encourage local undergraduate/graduate students to pursue a career involving tribology and lubrication engineering by providing the opportunity for them to participate in tribology and lubrication related research. The student must be enrolled in an engineering or science curriculum.
The STLE Canton Section provides a $1000 scholarship to the award winner. Students will be selected on the basis of grade point average, relevance of the research to tribology, and quality of the proposed research experience.
